CD Manager Readme

THIS IS A BETA VERSION!

CD Manager is an application to create audio CD.

FAQ:

	Question:
What does the "Pause" refer to?
	Answer:
Pause is the short silence between tracks. When you change the pause of
a track, you set the amount of silence *before* this track. You can even
set the pause to zero. This setting does only work when burning a CD in
"Disk-At-Once" mode, and the pause before the first track will always be
two seconds. Not all CD recorders support pause values different then two
seconds. If you have problems burning a CD with variable pause settings,
try to reset every pause to two seconds.
The default pause value when adding a track into a project is two seconds.
In "Track-At-Once" recording mode this setting will be ignored, and the
pause recorded on CD will always be two seconds.
